Policies
- NO smoking
- Pets okay. Pet fee: $100 per pet.
- There is a refundable damage deposit of $300.
- A cleaning fee of $125 is charged for each booking.
- Check-in Time: 4:00 pm
- Check-out Time: 10:00 am
- Note: 3 day weekends such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, Presidents' Day, and Martin Luther King Day require a 3 day rental package (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
Payment & Booking
- NO credit cards. Check, money order or cashier's check only.
- Half of the total (the rate, cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit) is due within 10 days of booking.
- Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
- A combination for the entry lock will be provided before arrival.
- Fill out the Rental Form
Cancellations
Refunds are given on any reservation that can be rebooked.
If it cannot be rebooked, you'll receive a credit for a future stay.
